Entrepreneurship can be broadly defined as the identification and organized exploitation of novel opportunities for value creation and capture,where in actuality the intended value outcomes may be commercial,social,institutional,or cultural in nature.Hence,entrepreneurship has wide relevance for societies and economies.Indeed,in the first twenty-first century,entrepreneurship is widely viewed as an important source of economic growth,job creation,and innovation.Entrepreneurs shape economic destiny of nations by creating wealth and employment,offering products and services,and generating taxes for governments.That is why entrepreneurship has closely been linked to economic growth in the literature on the subject.Entrepreneurs convert ideas into economic opportunities through innovations which are considered to be major source of competitiveness in an increasingly globalizing world economy.Entrepreneurship is a phenomenon on level-organizations that imply to all actions,processes and activities decision making that lead to enter new businesses and supporting of entrepreneurial activities.The entrepreneurial motivation is one of the most important factors which accelerate the pace of economic growth by bringing individuals to attempt risk bearing actions.In several of the developing countries,lots of attention has been paid to the growth of entrepreneurship because its not the proprietary quality of any caste and community.Entrepreneurship has truly been identified with the person,as success of enterprise is dependent upon imagination,vision,innovativeness and risk taking.  The Small and Medium enterprises(SMEs)play critical role in the development of the country and the success of SMEs depends on number of factor such as good management skills,Friendliness to customers and hard work.Researchers have investigated a wide variety of factors that might influence business success.These factors range from the motivation of the business owner to factors related to the environment in which these businesses operate.On other side individuals have various motivations for becoming successful entrepreneur and could develop their business.The principal theory development around entrepreneurial motivations has visited classify motivations into types of push and pull factors.Push factors are characterized by personal or external factors(including a connection break-up,or being passed over for promotion),and normally have negative connotations.Alternatively,pull factors are those.On the individual perspective,there are two strategic approaches to entrepreneurship.These are push and pull motives of self-employment.The"Push"elements are personal intentions to enter in the self-employment market.Personal intentions aggravate when an individual is unlikely to find better employment opportunity for themselves.The"Pull"motives derived from positive market conditions.The precise definition of pull motives are"Pull entrepreneurs are those who are lured by their new venture idea and initiative venture activity because of the attractiveness of the business idea and its personal implication"  The major objective of the study is"To investigate the relationship of Motivational and Success Factors with the Success of Entrepreneurs in Chinese SMEs with reference to Beijing City".In terms of purpose,this research is a part of applied research and the results of this research can be used for students,scientific and research center.and this research in terms of the data collection is a descriptive-survey research.The statistical population of this research is all registered small and medium enterprises in Beijing city from2007to2016.  The results showed that there is a significant relationship between pull factors,push factors,success factors and success variables based on the Regression result.This study applied to Chinese entrepreneurs in addition to an extensive analysis of the factors that affect motivations and success.
