大豆(Glycine max(L)Merr.)是世界上转基因作物品种使用比例最高、种植面积最大的农作物。目前全球范围内推广的转基因大豆以具有除草剂抗性的转基因大豆品种为主。如何通过转基因技术解决常规育种中难以解决的其它重大问题,充分发挥转基因育种优势是大豆生物技术育种的重要内容。本研究针对现有大豆品种光温适应范围狭窄和含硫氨基酸(蛋氨酸和半胱氨酸)缺乏两大重要问题,有针对性地开展分子设计育种,探索解决大豆常规育种中生育期改良性状导入和背景纯化慢以及高蛋氨酸材料遗传资源限制的问题,开拓大豆适应性改良和
