The arrival of information time,not only contributed to the rapid and orderly development of service industry,the rising of the hospitality industry,but also contributed to the growing of service project.Modern hotel,set catering,accommodation,services,entertainment as one,The service level and service projects to unprecedented heights.In the face of large hotel organization,traditional management mode is clearly inappropriate.The current mature information technology laid the technical found,ation for modern hotel management.Full.use of information technology,the advanced management ideas and methods to the hotel’s information constructionAnd play a role,so as to make scientific and effective solution to an increasingly large hotel services,increasing the service level and the contradiction between the limited human resources and material resources.Make full use of information technology to develop information system for hotel,foreground for hotel operation and background for office work is the performance of this mainstream pattern.Therefore,it is the only way for hotel to make progress.This system adopts Tomcat7.0 + MyEclipe2013 development platform and Microsoft SQL Server 2005 database.System adopts the unified modeling language to realize the dynamic and static model.System is divided into foreground and background,the front desk is given priority to with the service,design to information management,recruitment management,message management,VIP management,booking management,menu management functions such as implementation;Background thought the front desk service and hotel management,involving the article management,room management,food management,reserve management,VIP management,teach you a recruit,staff management function module,etc.Thesis combining the reality of XX hotel,put forward a B/S structure of the hotel management information system.The use of the system such as hotel reservation,recruitment,human resource management from the traditional way,the formation of a new set of information management system,promote operation efficiency and competitive ability for hotel to provide technical support.
