It’s more important for facility flower production in the current floriculture because of its high quality, high yield and stable production. Flower production which was based on the natural growth has stated into the artificial manipulation of intelligence times. By monitoring temperature, light, water and other environmental factors, providing suitable condition for the flowers facility cultivation, in order to achieve greater economic and social benefits. The emergence of wireless sensor network technology play a transformative role at the aspect of the information collection in greenhouse controlled environment. The wireless sensor network is composed by a large number of sensor nodes, and the self-organization of a multi-hop network system is formed by a wireless communication method. It can collecting and processing data, and the wireless communication is collaborate on complex monitoring tasks.Wireless sensor nodes are powered by battery, so sensor networks constraints by the energy, then it’s particularly important to reduce the energy consumption of nodes and achieve system to transmit in low-power. In order to reduce the energy consumption of the sensor nodes in the monitoring systems of existing facility environment, and to extend the lifetime of wireless sensor networks, this paper proposed two low power consumption mechanism which is the node transmits the package actively and dynamically and a variety of environmental variables transmit depend on the weight, and reduce the large number of duplicate and redundant data transmission, and finish the facility flower environmental monitoring and its low-power transmission system based on ZigBee. Networking test in horticulture test base in the Nanjing Agriculture University, the test results showed that this system reduce the85.97%energy consumption than traditional cycle (cycle is l minute) node, and measurement accuracy is more than98.5%, the network average packet loss rate is0.84%, so this system satisfies the requirements of facility flower environment monitoring and low-power transmission.The node is based on CC2430chip as the core, and in accordance with the environmental parameters which affect the growth of flowers, and load the SHT10temperature and humidity sensor, BH1750FVI light sensor, COZIR carbon dioxide sensor as well, so nodes can collect and transmit a variety of environmental parameters at the same time, which reduce the cost of hardware. This paper finished three sensor data collection module and designed the system gateway according to the actual operation requirements of the facility environmental monitoring and controlling. The sensor nodes and the coordinator are designed to be provided with the transceiver function.This paper also propose the multivariable fuzzy control method in facility floral environment. It consists of independent fuzzy control unit and fuzzy decoupling unit, which coordinates and controls the greenhouse. Independent of fuzzy control unit can regulate greenhouse reasonably in the rapidly changing environment. Fuzzy decoupling unit solve the coupling problem between temperature, humidity and light environment variable, and help greenhouse to reach the suitable environment quickly and keep balance. Fuzzy control system compose of two big parts which is five small parts, which can simplify the complexity of the fuzzy controller and reduce a number of fuzzy rules, so it accelerates the speed of searching the fuzzy rules.
