从ITO废靶中分离回收铟、锡的研究

铟锡复合氧化物(ITO, Indium and Tin Oxide)膜是铟的主要应用领域。在其制备工艺中,产出大量的ITO废靶需回收处理。 本文研究了铟锡复合氧化物(ITO)废靶回收工艺中的浸出过程,确定了最佳浸出工艺条件:温度363K;浸出后液酸度100H2O4g/L;浸出时间120min;液固比8-12;ITO废靶粉粒度-200目。在此条件下,铟的浸出率大于99.5%,锡的浸出率为8.0%。 在此基础上,采用硫化沉淀法分离ITO废靶硫酸浸出液中铟、锡的工艺。平衡计算证明了硫化沉淀分离铟锡的可行性。试验研究了温度、酸度及反应时间对分离过程的影响,正交试验得出最佳工艺条件:温度323K,反应时间20min,溶液起始酸度100gH2SO4/L。在此条件下,除锡率可达100%,铟在渣中的损失率仅为0.47%。 另外,还研究了采用烟化炉从浸出净化渣中挥发回收SnS。整个流程具有低能耗,少污染,高铟、锡回收率等优点。
