This study is a proposal to be submitted to a licensing office in the United States of America.Pimky settle in Mexico City has a significant interest in obtaining the exclusively on the license for minor league baseball in all over the country, Mexico. The company has been working for over 30 years in the business of importing sports accessories to Mexico.The experience supports Pimky ranging from brand management to its own licenses.In 1999 the company licensed with good results the "The U.S.College Collection "which includes the logos and names of the 55 most prestigious universities in the United States of America.Nowadays Pimky has stores in Mexicos City downtown,which is a place where people gather from all over the country and it source products to resale them later.The company has lines and sales with the major departmental stores inthe country. The study does not have the aim to introduce a financial analysis because it has been already developed by the company itself which has previously proved the profitability of the company.The financial information represents a very high confidentiality for the business of the company and for this reason; the study only presents the strategy for the proper marketing of the license. The license that has to be obtained requires an excellent marketing and sales strategy which ensures the protection and the prestige of the brands and the logos of the company.It is of vital importance for the company to highlight this characteristic in order to well define how the management of the license has to be accomplished and make sure that the company obtains the license.
