翻译硕士专业学位(MTI)的课程设置对新兴的MTI教育至关重要。各培养单位根据《翻译硕士专业学位研究生指导性培养方案》(以下简称《方案》)纷纷设置课程。经过对已经上网的MTI课程设置的研究,发现部分培养单位课程设置科学、合理、完整,体现了校本特色和差异性,而另一部分培养单位则简单重复《方案》的课程设置,同质化现象相当严重,缺乏自己的应有特色,与培养目标内在关联性不强。在深入探析各培养单位课程设置利弊、广泛借鉴港台与海外MTI课程设置经验的基础上提出了解决问题的设想和完善《方案》关于课程设置的建议。区域性师范大学在整个MTI培养单位中占有相当分量,以其为个案研究如何结合行业特点培养行业翻译人才。
The curriculum for the Master of Translation (MTI) program is crucial to the emerging MTI education. All training units set up their courses according to the “Guidance Plan for Postgraduates of Master of Translation (hereinafter referred to as” Program "). After studying the setup of MTI courses that have been online, it is found that some of the courses offered by training units are scientific, reasonable and complete, showing the school-based characteristics and differences. The other training units simply repeat the program’s curriculum, Very serious, lack of their own characteristics, and the inherent relevance of training objectives is not strong. Based on the in-depth analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of curriculum establishment in each training unit and the extensive experience of setting up MTI courses in Hong Kong and Taiwan and overseas, this article proposes the solutions to the problems and the suggestions on how to perfect the curriculum. The regional normal universities hold a considerable weight in the training units of MTI as a case study of how to train industry translators according to the characteristics of the industry.
