豆茶决明(Cassia nomame(Sieb)Kitag)是一种具有药用、保健、食用等多种重要价值的野生植物资源,极具经济开发潜力。由于缺乏资源保护意识和规范化的生产栽培模式,豆茶决明野生资源形势十分严峻,仿野生栽培迫在眉睫。本文通过从豆茶决明种子生物学特性入手,探究了其形态与组分、硬实及萌发特性、种子硬实与活力的关系以及种子和幼苗的耐盐性,为豆茶决明的合理开发利用和规范化栽培提供理论依据和指导。主要结果如下:1.豆茶决明属小型种子、油质种子;微量元素Ca、Mg、Fe、Mn、Zn、Cu等在豆茶决明
