损失的确定对整个涡轮机的性能评估极为重要.为找出适用于变几何涡轮的损失模型,该论文计算了Dunham损失模型、Kacker&Okapuu损失模型和Moustapha损失模型,并确定在变几何涡轮的通流计算中采用Dunham损失模型.为了对涡轮变几何后的性能有深入了解,在该论文中建立了一套适用于变几何涡轮的损失计算模型及通流计算模型.通过计算得到了变几何涡轮无因次流量、相对转矩及级效率的涡轮特性曲线,并对其变化规律进行分析和总结.为了进一步展开对变几何涡轮的研究,需要针对性地进行涡轮叶片内部的流动研究.其中包括湍流模型,尾缘后流动的研究.应用商用计算流体力学软件Fluent6.0建立二维模型,计算并分析了不同静叶转角下的压力场、温度场及速度场,并将获得的结果同一元计算的结果做了比较.通过对变几何涡轮的一元计算和二维数值模拟,得到了一些有参考价值的规律.
