本文主要对两种药用植物葫芦科假贝母属植物藤贝母[Bolbostemma paniculatum(Maxim.) Franquet]和茜草科拉拉藤属植物猪殃殃[Galium aparine Linn.var.tenerum(Gren.et Godr) Rchb.]的化学成分进行了研究。利用多种柱色谱法(硅胶柱层析、反相硅胶、葡聚糖凝胶、高效液相等)和波谱学技术,从上述植物中共分离鉴定了27个化合物,其中藤贝母18个,分别为:7-羟基-6-甲氧基香豆素(7-6-hydroxy-6-methoxy coumarin)(1),表儿茶素(epicatechin)(2),儿茶素(catechin)(3),(E)-N-(4-羟基苯乙基)-3-(4-羟基-3-甲氧基苯基)丙烯酰胺[(E)-N-hydroxy phenyl ethyl-3-4-hydroxy-3-methoxy phenyl Acrylamide](4),邻苯二甲酸二丁酯(Di Butyl Phthalate)(5),(Z)-3-O-咖啡酰基-4-O-甲基奎宁酸甲酯[(Z)-3-O-Coffee acyl-4-O-Methyl quinic acid methyl ester](6),绿原酸(chlorogenic acid)(7),3-O-[β-D-吡喃鼠李糖-(1-6)-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖]-5,7,4′-三羟基黄酮(3-O-[beta-D-pyran rhamnose-(1-6)-beta-D-Pyran glucose]-5,7,4′-three hydroxy flavone)(8),6-C-葡萄糖-5,7,3′,4′-四羟基黄酮(6-C-glucose--5,7,3′,4′-Tetrahydroxy flavone)(9),胡萝卜苷(Daucossterol)(10),胡萝卜苷棕榈酸酯(Daucosterol palmitate)(11),豆甾醇(Stigmasterol)(12),β谷甾醇(β-sitosterol)(13),β谷甾醇棕榈酸酯(βSitosteryl palmitate)(14),正丁基-β-D-吡喃果糖(n-butyl-β-D-fructopyranoside)(15),大黄素(Emodin)(16),大黄素甲醚(Emodin monomethyl ether)(17),麦芽酚(Maltol)(18);猪殃殃9个,分别为:对苯二甲酸二丁酯(Dibutyl Phthalate)(19),原儿茶酸丁酯(Butyl protocatechuate)(20),原儿茶酸乙酯(Ethyl protocatechuate)(21),二氢咖啡酸乙酯(ethyl dihydrocaffeate)(22),顺式咖啡酸乙酯(cis-Caffeic acid ethyl ester)(23),没食子酸甲酯(methyl gallate)(24),7-羟基-6-甲氧基色酮(7-Hydroxy-6-methoxychromone)(25),3-(3,4-二羟苯基)戊酯(2-Propenoic acid3-(3,4-dihydroxyphenyl)-pentyl ester)(26),1-(3’,4’-二羟基苯)丙酮(1-(3,4-Dihydroxypropiophenone)(27)。化合物1-9均为首次从藤贝母中分离得到,化合物19-27均为首次从猪殃殃中分离得到。
