The subject is sponsored by the plan of Gansu Province of key scientific and technical problems, and aimed at the creative design of blanking equipment of bar stock and based on the breaked blanking model of bar stock. The research of the elementary theory and the working principle of the breaked blanking model of bar stock are studied in this paper;moreover, the development research of the technology and the equipment of the breaked blanking bar stock are carried out.Firstly, several common blanking models are introduced and compared in the paper. By analyzing their characteristics, means of implementation and scopes of application, recommend their essential problems. Based on them, a new type of stress blanking model — —the breaked blanking model is referred to. Then the basis theory and the working principle are introduced.According to breaked blanking principle, implementing means of clamping bar stock is discussed, and the structural design of bar stock breaked blanking is carried out. The virtual development environment and the related technology of breaked blanking mechanism are studied by researching the breaked blanking mechanism. Furthermore, geometric model building, feature model building, parameterization model building, virtual assembly environment, basic steps and basic flow sheet of geometric model building are discussed on emphasis. Based on them, the building of solid model, virtual assembly and interference check are carried out on the components of the breaked blanking equipment using Pro/E.Depending on the related important technology of virtual product development technology, by virtue of CAD/CAE/PDM software, and utilizing virtual building of solid model and situation environment of Pro/E—ADAMS, introducing the basic method of dynamic analysis, importing the model of the breaked blanking machine into Adams from Pro/E by virtue of the interface software—Mechanism/Pro, the dynamics simulation of the clamping process and the blanking process are carried out by importing the model of the breaked blanking machine into Adams from Pro/E with the interface software — Mechanism/Pro. The results indicate that, it is clear the cold cropping can succeed in completing the clamping process, the blanking process and the reset process.
