在多团队系统的研究视角下,本文以高新技术企业的研发团队为研究对象,通过对国内外相关文献的梳理、反思和重构,构建了基于MTS(多团队系统理论)的多团队学习过程模型,并探讨了多团队学习与过程绩效的关系。本研究通过问卷调查和验证性因子分析等手段对提出的多团队学习过程模型进行了评价,并采用相关分析和多元回归分析等手段验证多团队学习与过程绩效之间的相关关系。研究结果显示,可将多团队学习分为知识的获取构建、共享转移、存储应用三个阶段,并且这三个阶段对过程绩效的运行状况及阶段性成果均呈显著正向影响。
From the perspective of multi-team system research, this dissertation takes the R & D team of high-tech enterprises as the research object, constructs the multi-team learning process based on MTS (multi-team system theory) through the review, Model, and explored the relationship between multi-team learning and process performance. In this study, the proposed multi-team learning process model was evaluated by means of questionnaires and confirmatory factor analysis, and the correlation between multi-team learning and process performance was verified by means of correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis. The results show that multi-team learning can be divided into three phases: knowledge acquisition, sharing transfer, storage and application, and these three stages have a significant positive impact on the performance of the process and the stage results.
