初中教学作为我国教育教学体系中的最重要的组成内容,不仅是学生学习成绩提高的重要因素,而且是学生今后发展的重要影响环节,因此,初中教学成为我国教育教学发展中所必须关注的问题。在初中教学中,教学活动开展固然重要,但同样重要的还有班级管理,只有班级管理正常开展,学生才会有良好的学习氛围,学习效率才会不断提高。文章就初中班级管理中常见的问题以及激励方法做简要分析。
As the most important part in our country’s education and teaching system, junior middle school teaching is not only an important factor to improve students’ academic performance but also an important part of the future development of students. Therefore, junior high school teaching has become a problem that must be concerned in the development of education and teaching in our country . In junior high school teaching, it is important to carry out teaching activities, but equally important is class management. Only when class management is carried out normally, students will have a good learning environment and learning efficiency will continue to improve. The article briefly analyzes the common problems in junior middle school class management and incentive methods.
