本文分析了以 TTL 电平做为 CMOS 输入带来的困难,并提出了三种与 TTL 电平兼容的 CMOS 输入级电路结构。SPICE 模拟结果表明,这三种电路结构是可行的。
This article analyzes the difficulties of using TTL levels as CMOS inputs and presents three CMOS input stage circuit structures compatible with TTL levels. SPICE simulation results show that these three circuit structure is feasible.
