本试验以沈阳冲积性母质草甸土为基质,进行盆栽试验。结果表明:低氯可促进白菜对氮、钾的吸收,高氯则抑制其吸收。低氯对硝酸还原酶活性无不良影响,而高氯会抑制其活性。淀粉酶活性不受施氯影响。低氯对品质和产量无不良影响,但当氯离子浓度超过200μg/g时,对白菜的产量和品质均有一定的影响,其耐氯临界值为200μg/g。
In this experiment, Shenyang alluvial parent meadow soil as substrate, pot experiment. The results showed that low chlorine could promote the absorption of nitrogen and potassium in cabbage, while high chlorine inhibited its absorption. Low chlorine has no adverse effect on nitrate reductase activity, while high chlorine inhibits its activity. Amylase activity is not affected by chlorine application. Low chlorine has no adverse effect on the quality and yield, but when the chloride ion concentration exceeds 200μg / g, the yield and quality of cabbage have a certain impact, and the critical value of chlorine resistance is 200μg / g.
