了解高职护理专业学生学习倦怠的现状以及与自我接纳的关系,可为有针对性地干预其学习倦怠提供依据。本研究采用大学生学习倦怠量表和自我接纳问卷对417名高职护理专业学生进行问卷调查。结果发现:①学生的学习倦怠处于中等水平;②学生学习倦怠受到生源地、是否独生子女的影响;③自我接纳与学习倦怠呈显著负相关,且能有效预测学习倦怠。
To understand the status quo and the relationship between self-acceptance and learning burnout of vocational nursing students can provide the basis for intervening in their learning burnout. In this study, a questionnaire survey was conducted on 417 vocational nursing students using the college students’ burnout scale and self-acceptance questionnaire. The results showed that: (1) Students ’learning burnout was at a medium level; (2) Students’ learning burnout was influenced by their source and whether they were only children; (3) There was a significant negative correlation between self-acceptance and learning burnout and their predictive learning burnout.
