综观2000年全国化纤产销运行情况,可以看出,上半年国化纤产销两旺,价格上升,下半年,尤其是10月份～12月份化纤市场趋软。但从总体看,化纤行业的经济效益要比1999年要好,主要原因是: (1)在国家增加投入,扩大内需等一系列宏观经济调控政策作用下,纺织突破口三大任务的完成,促进了化纤工业生产继续、稳定、较快地增长,企业的经营状况好转,经济效益明显上升。 (2)2000年纺织经济运行好转,各项经济指标与上年同比增幅较大,2000年纱产量与上年同比增产
Looking at the nationwide production and sale of chemical fiber in 2000, we can see that in the first half of the year, the production and sale of chemical fiber products have been booming and prices have risen. In the second half of the year, especially in the period from October to December, the chemical fiber market has become soft. However, in general, the economic benefits of the chemical fiber industry are better than those of 1999. The main reasons are: (1) Under the influence of a series of macroeconomic control policies such as the country’s increased investment and expansion of domestic demand, the completion of the three major tasks of the textile breakthrough has been promoted. The production of chemical fiber industry continued to grow steadily and quickly. The operating conditions of the enterprises improved and the economic benefits increased significantly. (2) The economic performance of the textile industry improved in 2000, and the economic indicators increased year-on-year from the previous year. In 2000, yarn production increased year-on-year.
