我国发现的4个棉花核雄性不育系洞A(msc_1)、1355A(msc_2)、阆A(msc_3)、81A(msc_7)都表现为单基因隐性遗传。洞A、阆A、81A 3个不育基因与国外鉴定定名的ms_1、ms_2、ms_3都是非等位的,因此,这是3个新的棉花雄性不育基因,作者建议把这3个新的不育基目符号分别定名为ms_(14),ms_(15),msc_(16)。msc_2可能是ms_2的等位基因。ms_(14),ms_(15),ms_(16)分别独立于用于连锁测验的标志基因。通过比较国内外鉴定定名的显性核不育系花粉败育的细胞学研究资料,表明我国鉴定的洞A_3(Msc_4)、新海A(Msc_5)、军海棉(Msc_6)和Ms_4,Ms_7,Ms_(10),Ms(11),Ms_(12)可能也不同,因此作者也建议暂时把Msc_4,Msc_5,Msc_6 3个显性核不育基因重新命名为Ms_(17),Ms_(18),Ms_(19),以便于上述基因定名系统相连接。
Four CMS lines, A (msc_1), 1355A (msc_2), A (msc_3) and 81A (msc_7) found in our country all showed single gene recessive inheritance. The three sterile genes of cave A, 阆 A and 81A are non-allelic with those named ms_1, ms_2 and ms_3 from foreign countries. Therefore, these three new male sterile genes suggested that these three new Sterile base symbols were named ms_ (14), ms_ (15), msc_ (16). msc_2 may be the ms_2 allele. ms_ (14), ms_ (15), ms_ (16) are independent of the marker genes used for linkage test. By comparing the data of cytological studies on pollen abortion in dominant male sterile lines named at home and abroad, it is indicated that the A cavernous A_3 (Msc_4), Msc_5, Msc_6 and Ms_4, Ms_7, Ms_ (10), Ms (11) and Ms_ (12) may also be different. Therefore, the authors also proposed to temporarily rename the three dominant genic male sterility genes Msc_4, Msc_5 and Msc_6 to Ms_ (17), Ms_ (18) (19) for the above gene naming system to connect.
