据路透中文网10月9日报道,TCL当日向证交所提交的公告显示,美国思科将与中国TCL集团建立8000万美元合资公司,投资商用云服务平台。公告显示,思科将向新公司投资1600万美元,持有20%股份。TCL将投资6400万美元,持有剩下的80%股份。新公司尚未命名,正在注册。这些投资将分3个阶段进行,每个阶段都需要双方同意。公告没有给出投资时间框架。新公司拟通过搭建位于中国的数据中心,推出基于云端的视频通讯和协同办公系统,向中国地区的中小企业和行业用户提供具有优质互动体验的多方视频会议、数据实时交付、远程协作等商用云服务及相关终端产品。
