针对城郊煤矿深部煤层开采所带来的矿压显现剧烈、回采巷道围岩控制困难、采掘接续紧张等问题,研究了切顶卸压沿空成巷技术。结果表明,超前预裂沿空巷道顶板切断了顶板间的应力传递,顶板沿预裂面切落形成巷帮,破碎的岩石对顶板岩层起到支撑作用,改善了巷道围岩体应力分布。现场应用表明,顶板周期来压强度显著降低,避免了留设煤柱造成的资源损失和频繁修整巷道增加的支护成本,首次成功实现了深部煤层综采工作面切顶卸压沿空成巷。
In view of the severe underground pressure brought by the deep coal seam mining in Chengjiao Coal Mine, the difficulty in controlling the surrounding rock in the mining roadway and the continuous tensioning of the excavation, the technology of top-loading pressure relief along the empty roadway has been studied. The results show that the stress distribution between the top slabs is cut off by the pre - cracking of the roof along the roadway. The roof slab is cut along the pre - fractured surface to form the roadway. Broken rocks play a supporting role in the roof strata and the stress distribution in the surrounding rock mass of the roadway is improved. The field application shows that the compressive strength of the top plate is significantly reduced, avoiding the resource loss caused by leaving the pillars and the increasing support cost for repairing the roadway.
