利用氧化铝粉吸收氟化氢气体,是消除电解铝生产中氟化氢污染的方法之一。欲测定氧化铝的含氟量,通常采用蒸馏法使氟挥发分离后测定。本文提出在掩蔽剂存在下,用氟离子选择电极直接测定氧化铝粉含氟量的方法,此法快速简便,适于氧化铝粉含氟在0.025%以上的样品的测定(以称样量0.2克计)。一试剂和仪器氟标准溶液:1mg·ml~(-1),用氟化钠配制。混合掩蔽剂:称取147克柠檬酸钠,102克磺基水杨酸和2g克EDTA,加热溶于500毫升水中,冷却后用浓氨水调至pH=9(用酸度计测定),加水至1升。氟离子选择电极(长沙半导体材料厂)
