低温是限制金钗石斛生长发育和分布的主要环境因子之一。现以金钗石斛为试材,研究了低温胁迫下ABA处理对叶片细胞膜透性及内源激素含量的影响,以期为ABA在金钗石斛栽培中的应用提供参考依据。结果表明:低温胁迫下,金钗石斛叶片细胞膜受破坏,GA3、IAA、ZR含量下降;相对电导率、ABA、JA、SA含量升高。外施ABA能有效缓解低温胁迫对细胞膜的影响,降低GA3、IAA、ZR含量,提高ABA、SA含量,从而提高金钗石斛的抗寒性。试验表明低温条件下,外施ABA能降低金钗石斛细胞膜透性,调节不同激素水平,提高抗寒性。
Low temperature is one of the main environmental factors that limit the growth, development and distribution of Dendrobium nobile. Dendrobium nobile was taken as experimental material to study the effects of ABA treatment on leaf cell membrane permeability and endogenous hormone content under low temperature stress in order to provide a reference for the application of ABA in the cultivation of Dendrobium nobile. The results showed that under the condition of low temperature stress, the cell membrane of Dendrobium nobile was damaged, while the content of GA3, IAA and ZR decreased; while the relative conductivity, the content of ABA, JA and SA increased. Exogenous ABA can effectively alleviate the effects of low temperature stress on the cell membrane, reduce GA3, IAA, ZR content, increase ABA, SA content, thereby enhancing the cold tolerance of Dendrobium nobile. Experiments show that low temperature conditions, applied ABA can reduce cell membrane permeability of Dendrobium nobile, regulate different hormone levels and improve cold resistance.
