以短纯音为刺激声,经受试者正前方2m处扬声器发出,对7例正常人和106例感音性聋(单侧98例、双侧8例),短增量敏感指数(SISI)试验证实有重振患者行双侧耳蜗微音电位(CM)测试。91例在主观重振频率CM振幅明显加大和延长,其中62例患耳CM检测阈与健侧相等或低于健侧,27例患耳检测阈高于健侧,2例双侧Meniere病CM在各自有重振的频率表现出增大及延长现象。部分患耳CM振幅增大的同时健侧CM反而减小。全聋及深度聋诱发不出CM反应。
