美籍少数裔文学经久不衰地热衷描写离散者在内的移民在移居国美国的融入难题与困境的文学及人生体验。新兴美籍海地裔女作家丹提卡则一如诺奖得主奈保尔,更多地关注为离散者抛在身后的故土的留守者的生活。其新作小说《海光》以四位女性的生活遭遇和思想变化为线索,讲述前殖民地女性所面临的父权压迫的现实。本文以分析小说中四个父亲所展示出的父亲形象入手,揭示父亲形象背后所隐含的“父权”实质。
