薄层电化学传感器有高灵敏(ng)、用样少(1~50μl)、装置简单、结合流动注射分析(FIA)有高分析速度(每小时200次)、柱液相色谱(HPLC)有快速分离复杂混合试样、离子选择性电极有选择性好等优点。所以引起广泛重视,发展迅速,每年约有近百篇文章发表。新近介绍的直接和间接示差电位法、光辐射电检测法、电化学发光分析法等、流动薄层电化学传感器已兼有HPLC的荧光、紫外、折射等检测器的分析能力。
