依据GB/T 2007.6-1987标准要求对红土镍矿交货批水分测定样品给出了限定要求,通过干燥温度确定、干燥时间试验、重复性试验和验证试验得出了热干燥法测定红土镍矿交货批水分含量的测定条件,据此建立了热干燥法测定红土镍矿交货批水分含量的方法。水分含量在23%-40%的粒度不大于10.0mm、厚度不大于10mm的1000g水分试样,在105℃下干燥8h基本恒重,继续干燥1h或2h,连续两次干燥称量之差小于试样原始质量的0.05%,测定结果的重复性限在0.26%-0.66%之间,测定结果的极差小于重复性限,满足GB/T2007.6-1987标准对水分测定的通用要求。
