目的建立烧伤灵酊质量标准。方法本实验采用薄层色谱法(thin layer chromatography,TLC)对烧伤灵酊中的黄莲、地榆进行定性鉴别;应用高效液相色谱法测定烧伤灵酊中君药地榆的有效成分没食子酸的含量,色谱柱为Agilent ZORBAX SB-C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇:0.05%磷酸溶液(5∶95),检测波长:272 nm,柱温:30℃,流速:1.0ml/min。结果薄层鉴别专属性强,分离效果好。没食子酸进样量在13.56~54.23μg/ml范围内,与峰面积有良好线性关系(r=0.9995,n=5),平均回收率:101.9%(RSD=1.30%,n=9)。结论建立的TLC和HPLC分析方法简便可行、结果准确、专属性强,可用于烧伤灵酊的质量控制。
Objective To establish burn tincture quality standards. Methods In this experiment, TLC and TLC were used to qualitatively identify Huanglian and Burnet of Burns Ling tincture, and the content of gallic acid in burns Ling tincture was determined by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) The column was Agilent ZORBAX SB-C18 (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm). The mobile phase consisted of methanol: 0.05% phosphoric acid solution (5:95), detection wavelength: 272 nm, 1.0 ml / min. The results of thin layer identification of strong specificity, good separation effect. The injection volume of gallic acid was in the range of 13.56 ~ 54.23μg / ml with a good linear relationship with the peak area (r = 0.9995, n = 5). The average recovery was 101.9% (RSD = 1.30%, n = 9). Conclusion The established TLC and HPLC methods are simple and feasible, accurate and specific, and can be used for quality control of burn tincture.
