目的:研究乌骨藤挥发性成分。方法:采用石油醚和乙醚作为溶剂,用索氏提取法提取挥发性成分,气相色谱-质谱联用技术(GC-MS)鉴定其化学成分。结果:采用石油醚作为溶剂鉴定出24种化合物,占挥发成分的55.43%,其中脂肪酸占75.10%,烷烃类占11.91%;乙醚作为溶剂提取鉴定出24种化合物,占60.43%,脂肪酸占38.98%,烷烃类占39.27%。结论:测定了乌骨藤挥发性成分,为进一步研究乌骨藤成分提供了理论依据。
Objective: To study the volatile components of Methods: Petroleum ether and diethyl ether were used as solvents. The volatile components were extracted by Soxhlet extraction. The chemical constituents were identified by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS). Results: Twenty-four compounds were identified with petroleum ether as solvent, accounting for 55.43% of the volatile components, of which fatty acids accounted for 75.10% and alkanes accounted for 11.91%. Twenty-four compounds were identified by ether as solvent, accounting for 60.43% and fatty acids accounting for 38.98% , Alkanes accounted for 39.27%. CONCLUSION: The volatile constituents of Acanthus cochinchinensis were determined, which provided a theoretical basis for the further study on the components of Acacia cochinchinensis.
