高校学前教育学生走上工作岗位存在不同程度的适应难题,而这些也将成为学前教育研究的重点内容。对于学前教育工作的把握,既需要从宏观上考虑,结合专业特征及社会实际建立一套符合实际情况发展的系统化教学模式,又能够在微观上进行把握,结合教学实际及教学资源从多角度出发与探索,不断发现问题、解决问题,从而完善系统,提高教学成效。结合我校学前教育教学工作的发展实际,对系统化、多维化视角下的学前教育工作进行了不断地探索和进程推进。
