目的了解山东省寿光市大棚从业人员伤害发生情况及就医行为;方法采用现况调查的方法,对大棚从业人员进行入户问卷调查;结果伤害发生率为7.8%,伤害原因以跌倒居多,占伤害原因的59.2%,56.6%的伤害发生在卷帘通风过程中,仅有33例(占43.4%)患者在现场采取了处理措施。结论蔬菜大棚从业人员伤害预防的重点应在于控制卷帘作业时跌倒所导致的伤害,应加强农村地区现场处理方面的能力建设。
Objective To understand the incidence of occupational injuries and the medical practices among the workers in greenhouse in Shouguang City, Shandong Province. Methods The questionnaire investigation was conducted on the employees in the greenhouse using the current situation survey. Results The incidence of injuries was 7.8% 59.2% of the causes and 56.6% of the injuries occurred during roller ventilation. Only 33 patients (43.4%) were treated on site. Conclusion The prevention and treatment of injuries in greenhouses should focus on the control of the injuries caused by the fall of roller blinds and should strengthen the capacity-building in on-site treatment in rural areas.
