为实现夏玉米免耕覆盖条件下直接移栽 ,对导苗管式栽植机的结构进行了改进 ,并进行了生产性试验。结果表明 ,移栽夏玉米直立度合格率为 91.8% ,优良率为 74.4% ,深度变异系数为 14.9% ,株距变异系数为 17.9% ,完全可以满足农业生产的需要 ;与耕翻条件下的移栽质量相比 ,各项性能指标差异不显著 ;与夏玉米免耕覆盖直播相比 ,可以增加收益 5 2 1~ 15 74元 / hm2。
In order to realize the direct transplanting under no-tillage cover of summer maize, the structure of the guide-tube seedling planting machine was improved, and the productive test was carried out. The results showed that the qualified rate of vertical maize transplanting was 91.8%, the excellent and good rate was 74.4%, the depth coefficient of variation was 14.9%, the coefficient of variation of plant spacing was 17.9%, which could meet the needs of agricultural production completely. Compared with summer corn no-tillage and direct seeding, the yield could increase by 5 21 ~ 15 74 yuan / hm 2.
