采用氧化诱导温度测试方法,研究了添加0.2%~1.0%桦木木质素、松木木质素和玉米秆木质素的聚丙烯的抗氧化性能。结果表明,3种结构不同的木质素都有一定的抗氧化效果,其中针叶材木质素的抗氧化效果最好。通过红外光谱和核磁共振氢谱分析了各种木质素的结构,发现针叶材木质素中含有大量的愈创木基丙烷结构,而没有紫丁香基丙烷结构的存在;阔叶材木质素和草本木质素中既有愈创木基丙烷结构也有紫丁香基丙烷结构,从结构上解释了来源不同的木质素抗氧化效果不同的原因。结合不同木质素样品的红外光谱和核磁共振氢谱分析得知,羟基对木质素的抗氧化性有较大贡献。
The oxidation resistance of polypropylene with 0.2% -1.0% birch lignin, pine lignin and corn stalk lignin was studied by oxidation-induced temperature test. The results showed that three kinds of lignin with different structures all had some antioxidant effects, of which lignin had the best antioxidant activity. The structures of various lignin were analyzed by IR and 1H NMR spectra. It was found that there was a large amount of guaiacylpropane structure in softwood lignin without the presence of lilacpropane structure. The content of hardwood lignin and The herbaceous lignin has both guaiacylpropane structure and lilacpropane structure, which explains the different reasons for different antioxidant effects of lignin from the structure. According to the IR and 1H NMR spectra of different lignin samples, it was found that hydroxyl group contributed greatly to the oxidation resistance of lignin.
