发展社会主义市场经济和军队编制体制改革吃“皇粮”的新形势,对部队的后勤管理提出了新的要求。无论是部队目前后勤管理的现实情况还是形势发展的需要,都要求我们积极探索在供需矛盾突出的情况下,寻求向管理要效益的途径。一、部队后勤管理存在的问题通过对部队后勤管理的现状进行调查分析,我们发现当前部队在后勤管理上主要存在着以下突出问题。
The new situation of developing the socialist market economy and the military system reform and eating “imperial grain” put forward new demands on the troop’s logistics management. Whether the current logistical management of the armed forces or the needs of the development of the situation require us to actively explore ways to seek effective management benefits in the light of the contradiction between supply and demand. I. Problems in Force Logistics Management Through the investigation and analysis of the current situation of the troops logistics management, we find that the following outstanding problems mainly exist in the logistics management of the current troops.
