奈曼油田油水井解堵工艺技术研究及应用

为了解决奈曼油田开发中后期油层堵塞、产量下降、注水压力增高等问题,需要研制高效能的解堵剂和施工工艺。根据岩心溶解实验结果,确定油井解堵剂主体酸液为有机酸,注水井解堵剂主体酸液为多氢酸。通过对大量室内实验数据的分析,优选出黏土稳定剂、缓蚀剂、铁离子稳定剂、防乳化剂、助排剂等助剂的组成成分和配比,形成了油井高效解堵剂和注水井多氢酸解堵剂的基本配方和施工工艺。根据实验优选得到的高效解堵剂配方和多氢酸解堵剂配方,对2口油井和1口注水井进行了现场试验,2口油井有效期内分别累计增油636.7t和356t,注水井由日注17.91m3/d增至24.7m3/d,注入压力由16.8MPa下降至12.5MPa,基本达到了配注要求。试验结果表明,新研制的油、水井解堵剂较好地解决了地层污染和堵塞问题,显著提高了油井产量,注水井达到了降压增注的目的。 In order to solve the problems of blockage, production decline and water injection pressure increase in the middle and late stages of Neiman oilfield development, it is necessary to develop a high-performance plugging agent and construction technology. According to the experimental optimization of the high efficiency plugging agent formula and polyhydric acid blocker formulations, the two wells and a water injection wells were field tests, the two wells were 633.7t and 356t cumulative increase oil, water wells by The daily injection increased from 17.91m3 / d to 24.7m3 / d, the injection pressure decreased from 16.8MPa to 12.5MPa, basically meeting the requirements of injection. The test results show that the newly developed oil and water well plugging agent can solve the problem of formation contamination and plugging well and increase the oil well production remarkably, and the water injection well achieves the purpose of lowering pressure and increasing injection.
