目的 了解定量CT测定肺通气功能的可能性。材料与方法 对 3 0例正常人行呼吸门控下螺旋CT扫描。CT扫描在 50 %VC水平 ,以 8mm层厚进行。应用评估软件测定肺密度 (平均CT值 )及像素在各区间出现的频率 (像素指数 ,PI)。结果 各像素区间PI存在显著性差异。结论 螺旋CT结合呼吸门控和自动化评估软件测定肺密度及PI是一项精确、重复性高、耐受性好的方法 ,有预示肺通气功能的可能性
Objective To understand the possibility of quantitative CT in detecting pulmonary ventilation. Materials and Methods Thirty patients with normal human respiratory gated spiral CT scan. CT scan at 50% VC level, with 8mm layer thickness. Pulmonary density (mean CT value) and frequency of occurrence of pixels in each interval (pixel index, PI) were determined using appraisal software. The results of each pixel interval PI there is a significant difference. Conclusions Spiral CT combined with respiratory gating and automated assessment software to determine lung density and PI is an accurate, reproducible, and well tolerated method with the potential to predict pulmonary ventilation
