采用投入产出分析法,对2007年辽宁、北京和宁夏3个样本地区出口贸易中隐含CO2排放量进行核算,分析影响出口中隐含CO2排放量的因素,并构建结构分解分析模型来计算各因素对区域排放量差异的贡献值。结果表明,辽宁出口贸易中隐含CO2排放量最高,其次是北京,最后是宁夏。区域出口中隐含CO2排放量受出口总量、出口结构、直接CO2排放强度以及中间生产技术水平等因素的影响。辽宁出口贸易中隐含CO2排放量高于宁夏的原因是其出口总量较大,高于北京的原因在于出口部门中高耗能部门所占比重较高以及直接CO2排放强度较大。调整出口结构、提高能源效率和优化能源结构,是降低区域出口中隐含CO2排放量的主要途径。
Input-output analysis was used to calculate the CO2 emissions implied in export trade in three sample areas of Liaoning, Beijing and Ningxia in 2007, and to analyze the factors influencing the CO2 emissions implied in exports and to construct a structural decomposition analysis model to calculate The contribution of each factor to the regional differences in emissions. The results show that the export of Liaoning implies the highest CO2 emissions, followed by Beijing and finally Ningxia. Implicit CO2 emissions from regional exports are affected by factors such as total exports, export structure, direct CO2 emissions intensity, and intermediate production technology. The reason for the higher CO2 emissions implied in Liaoning’s export trade than in Ningxia is that its total exports are larger than those in Beijing due to the high proportion of high energy-consuming sectors in the export sector and the greater direct CO2 emissions. Adjusting the export mix, improving energy efficiency and optimizing the energy mix are the main ways to reduce the CO2 emissions hidden in the region’s exports.
