本文主要研究了在1570~1650℃范围铁液中铈、钇与氮的平衡和在1300~1600℃范围碳饱和铁液中铈、钇、镧、钕、钐与碳的平衡。获得的主要结果如下:(1)铈、钇与氮的相互作用系数与温度的关系;(2)铈、钇脱氮产物为CeN、YN;(3)铈、钇脱氮常数与温度的关系;(4)铁液中CeN、YN标准生成自由能与温度的关系;(5)碳饱和铁液中铈、钇、镧、钕、钐与碳的相互作用系数与温度的关系;(6)铁铈溶液中铈、钇、镧、钕、钐与碳的相互作用系数与温度的关系;(7)稀土元素与碳反应的产物为REC_2型碳化物;(8)铁液中生成CeC_2、YC_2、LaC_2、NdC_2、SmC_2反应平衡常数和标准生成自由能与温度的关系。
In this paper, the equilibrium of cerium, yttrium and nitrogen in molten iron at 1570 ~ 1650 ℃ and the equilibrium of cerium, yttrium, lanthanum, neodymium, samarium and carbon in carbon saturated molten iron at 1300-1600 ℃ were studied. The main results obtained are as follows: (1) the relationship between the interaction coefficient of cerium, yttrium and nitrogen and temperature; (2) the denitrogenation products of cerium and yttrium are CeN, YN; (3) the relationship between the denitrogenation constant of cerium and yttrium ; (4) the relationship between the free energy of standard formation of CeN and YN in molten iron and temperature; (5) the relationship between temperature and the interaction coefficient of cerium, yttrium, lanthanum, neodymium, samarium and carbon in carbon saturated molten iron; The relationship between the interaction coefficient of cerium, yttrium, lanthanum, neodymium, samarium and carbon in ferro-cerium solution and temperature; (7) the product of RE and carbon reaction is REC_2 carbide; (8) CeC_2 and YC_2 , LaC_2, NdC_2, SmC_2 reaction equilibrium constant and the standard free energy of formation and temperature.
