通过建立基于威布尔分布的既有住宅寿命测算模型,弥补了已有研究使用威布尔分布推断既有住宅寿命研究的不足。使用神木县既有住宅寿命的样本数据对该模型进行了检验,将神木县县城内的既有住宅按照建造年代分为四类,分别对每一类住宅总体的威布尔分布进行拟合检验,以此为基础,根据每类住宅的样本来对神木县住宅的总体情况进行参数估计,测算出了神木县县城内各类住宅的平均寿命。
Through the establishment of an existing residential life estimation model based on Weibull distribution, it makes up for the shortcomings of the existing studies on the estimation of existing residential life using Weibull distribution. The model was tested by using the sample data of the existing residential life in Shenmu County. The existing residential buildings in Shenmu County were divided into four categories according to the construction period, and the Weibull distribution of each type of residential buildings was fitted and tested. Based on this, based on the sample of each type of housing to estimate the overall situation of residential Shenmu County parameters, estimated the average life expectancy of various types of residential Shenmu County.
