本实验观察了螺旋藻(500mg/kg)对大鼠“冷冻一束缚”应激性胃溃疡的预防作用.预先用螺旋藻灌胃的大鼠,其胃粘膜溃疡指数明显低于单纯应激大鼠;光、电镜检查,单纯应激的大鼠胃粘膜上皮脱落,腺体组织有明显变性、坏死等病变,而预先给螺旋藻的应激大鼠胃粘膜,形态结构未见明显异常.测定大鼠胃粘膜的MDA含量,单纯应激组显著高于正常对照组,预先给螺旋藻.大鼠胃粘膜的MDA含量无明显降低.研究提示:螺旋藻具有一定的保护胃粘膜屏障的作用.
This experiment observed the spirulina (500mg / kg) on rat “freezing a binding” stress gastric ulcer in rats.Pre-Spirulina intragastric administration of gastric mucosal ulcer index was significantly lower than the simple stress Rats underwent light and electron microscopy, gastric mucosal epithelial detachment in rats with simple stress, obvious degeneration and necrosis of glandular tissues, and gastric mucosa in rats pre-given with spirulina without obvious abnormalities in morphology and structure. The content of MDA in gastric mucosa of rats was significantly higher than that of normal control group, and the Spirulina was preliminarily given. The content of MDA in gastric mucosa of rats was not significantly reduced, which indicated that Spirulina platensis had protective effect on gastric mucosal barrier.
