指出在学习型组织中应用人员标注有利于帮助员工在组织内部寻找专家,同时有利于组织提升知识管理和人力资源管理水平等。从协作标注系统原理出发,介绍人员标注的定义和二元结构;然后结合学习型组织的特征,概述人员标注在学习型组织中应用的重要性,并对其进行可行性分析;最后总结人员标注在学习型组织中应用的优势和劣势。
It is pointed out that applying staffing annotation in learning organization helps to help staff to find experts in the organization, and at the same time, it helps organizations to improve the level of knowledge management and human resource management. Based on the principle of collaborative annotation system, this paper introduces the definition and dual structure of staff annotation. Then, based on the characteristics of learning organization, this paper summarizes the importance of application of staff annotation in learning organization and analyzes its feasibility. Finally, Advantages and disadvantages applied in learning organizations.
