用酶免法对按不同年龄分为A、B、C、D、E五组的148例女性血清中促性腺激素(FSH)、黄体生成素(LH)、促甲状腺激素(TSH)、生长激素(GH)、泌乳素(PRL)5种垂体激素进行了检测。结果除FSH、LH随年龄增长外,其余3种激素不随年龄增长变化。A、B、c三组FSH、LH与D、E两组比较差异有显著性意义,P<0.01;TSH、GH、PRL各组之间比较差异均无显著性意义,P>0.05;GH在D、E两组平均值虽有上升但其差异与A、B、C三组比较无显著性意义。提示:在垂体分泌的5种激素中除FSH、LH随年龄增长而分泌增加外,TSH、GH、PRL的变化不随年龄增长而减少或增加。
The serum levels of gonadotropin (FSH), luteinizing hormone (LH), thyrotropin (TSH), growth hormone (GH), prolactin (PRL) five kinds of pituitary hormone were detected. Results except FSH, LH with age, the other three hormones do not change with age. There was no significant difference between the three groups of FSH, LH, D and E, P <0.01; There was no significant difference between the groups of TSH, GH and PRL Although the average of D and E groups increased, the differences were not significant compared with A, B and C groups. Tip: In addition to FSH and LH secreted by the five pituitary hormones, LH increased with age, secretion, TSH, GH, PRL changes do not decrease or increase with age.
