由于通信电线路交、直流电特性不稳定这一毛病,使通信回线存在串、杂、漏和广播干扰,满足不了运输生产的需要。为解决这一大老难问题,局制定了“小区间电特性整治验收标准”,把过去按增音段规定的直流电特性指标,改为按小区间(即相邻两站间)来衡量,达到以短保长的目的。在“三结合”小组的努力下,应用对分法,找到了通信电线路小区段电性能整治方法,这个方法简单,省劳力、找查快,电特性指标符合《有线通信维护规则》要求。广播干扰,串、杂、漏可降到最低限度,因此,现已在全路推广。
