为使军校学员做到理论联系实际,为其上岗奠定基础,军队院校通常都要安排学员深入基层进行实习锻炼。近两年,笔者对20多个实习点的学员进行了调查,发现多数单位对学员实习做到了领导重视,机关关心,妥善安排,热心带教;但也发现后勤保障方面存在一些需要重视和解决的问题,应引起我们注意。一、实习学员后勤保障存在的问题 1.被装物资不能及时发放。一是实习单位不愿接供。总部1991年6月《被服装备管理规定》第22条规定:军人调动时,应携带服装证、零星人员被装供给介绍信,调入单位随发放季节按本军种所在气候区域的供给标准换发被装。学员实习时,学校军需部门以实习小组为单位,将被装证带到实习单位,而有的单位怕麻烦,有的干脆不接服装证,或把服装证让学员自己保管,待返校后再发,致使一
