《修水宣言》的签署和发表,标志着首怏湘鄂赣苏区论坛在江西修水成功举办并取得重大成果。《修水宣言》是在江西、湖南和湖北3省省委党史研究室悉心指导下,在充分听取并吸纳广大专家学者、湘鄂赣苏区元勋后代和湘鄂赣苏区3省6市16县社会各界的意见和建议的基础上,由论坛承办单位九江市史志办、修水县委县政府精心起草完成的。
The signing and publication of the “Declaration on Water Purification” marked the first successful outcome of the forum held by Hunan, Hubei, Jiangxi and Soviet Regions in Xiujiang, Jiangxi Province and achieved major results. Under the careful guidance of the Party History Research Office of the Provincial Party Committees in Jiangxi, Hunan and Hubei, the “Declaration on Water Purification” fully listened to and absorbed many experts and scholars, the descendants of Hunan, Hubei, and Jiangxi Soviet counties and 16 counties in 6 cities of 3 provinces in Hunan, Hubei, Based on the opinions and suggestions of all walks of life, the forum organizer Jiujiang Shi Shi Zhi Ban, Xiu Shui County Committee and County Government carefully drafted completed.
