本文提出了利用风力进行烧结矿筛分的设想。在高炉矿槽下利用一套新型设备,既解决烧结矿筛分问题,同时又解决除尘、环保等问题。通过试验装置上和槽下现场的试验,证实此设想完全可行,在槽下现场取得了一次过筛达到56%的筛分效率,基本上工作环境无污染。经过方差分析,找到了影响效率的主要因素。此法具有设备简单、筛分能力大等一系列优点。它不仅可以用来筛分烧结矿,亦能筛分烧结矿用的焦粉、石灰石粉,在有筛分工序的其他行业也可使用。加强研究,可望为筛分工艺闯出一条新路。
In this paper, the idea of using wind to sinter the ore is proposed. Utilize a new set of equipment under the blast furnace trough, both to solve the problem of sinter screening, but also solve the dust, environmental problems. The test on the test device and on the tank site proved that this concept was completely feasible. The screening efficiency of 56% was achieved once at the site of the tank, and the working environment was basically free of pollution. After analysis of variance, find the main factors that affect the efficiency. This method has the advantages of simple equipment, large screen capacity and a series of advantages. It can not only be used to sieve sinter, but also sieve sintering coke powder, limestone powder, in other industries with screening process can also be used. Strengthen the research, is expected to break a new road for the screening process.
