运用语料库语言学的方法,对中美陶瓷公司英文简介的体裁进行对比分析,结果发现:与美国陶瓷公司简介相比,中国陶瓷公司简介话步结构更为固定,风格更僵硬,语篇更长,用词更为正式和笼统。另外,中国陶瓷公司倾向于用公司名称指代自己,而美国陶瓷公司在简介中经常使用人称代词。为了更好地实现中国陶瓷公司简介的交际目的,中国公司应该简化其简介,用词更精确,多使用人称代词,并采用以读者为中心的写作策略来拉近公司与读者的距离。
By means of corpus linguistics, this paper compares the genre of English profile of Sino-U.S. Ceramics Company and finds that compared with the profile of Ceramics Company of China, Ceramics Company of China introduces a more fixed structure, a more rigid style and a longer discourse , The words are more formal and general. In addition, Chinese ceramics companies tend to use the company name refers to themselves, and the United States Ceramics Company in the introduction often use personal pronouns. In order to better realize the communicative purpose of the introduction of China Ceramics Company, Chinese companies should simplify their brief introduction, use more precise terms, use more personal pronouns, and adopt a reader-centered writing strategy to narrow the distance between the company and the readers.
