始于2014年深圳试点的输配电价改革,在短短2年多的时间内,延伸到全国很多省份,输配电价改革项目高达80%,即提高了电力企业的生产经营效率,也降低了用电企业的负担。本文通过探究输配电价改革实施的背景、取得的初步成效等现状,为集团企业如何更高效的采取用电策略进行分析。
The reform of transmission and distribution costs, which began in Shenzhen in 2014, extended to many provinces in the country in just over two years. As much as 80% of the transmission and distribution tariff reform projects have been implemented, which has improved the efficiency of production and operation of electric power enterprises and also reduced Electricity business burden. This paper explores the background of the implementation of the reform of transmission and distribution tariffs, the initial results achieved, and other current status for the Group to adopt a more efficient electricity policy analysis.
