将废轮胎胶粉热解油>480℃蒸馏残余物与某AH-70沥青调合得到不同的试样,测定了所得试样的软化点和针入度及60~135℃范围的黏度。分别拟合了黏度与热解油蒸馏残余物含量、黏度与温度的关系,由Arrhenius公式计算了调合沥青试样的表观流动活化能。结果表明,随着热解油蒸馏残余物含量的增加,试样的针入度增大、软化点下降,黏度变小;调合沥青的黏度随热解油蒸馏残余物含量的增加和温度的升高呈指数规律下降,调合沥青的表观流动活化能较基质沥青有所下降。
The waste tire rubber pyrolysis oil> 480 ℃ distillation residue was blended with an AH-70 asphalt to obtain different samples. The softening point and penetration of the obtained sample were measured and the viscosity in the range of 60 ~ 135 ℃ was measured. The relationship between viscosity and pyrolysis oil distillation residue content, viscosity and temperature were fitted respectively. The apparent activation energy of the blended asphalt samples was calculated by Arrhenius formula. The results show that with the increase of pyrolysis oil distillation residue content, the penetration of the sample increases, the softening point decreases and the viscosity decreases. The viscosity of the blend asphalt increases with the increase of pyrolysis oil distillation residue content and temperature The exponential decline of exponentially decreased the apparent activation energy of blending asphalt compared with that of matrix asphalt.
