Living in the plain after the crowd into the plateau, the circulatory system will occur a series of changes to meet the body’s oxygen and nutrients demand, mainly manifested as shortness of breath, rapid heartbeat, increased stroke volume. Doppler echocardiography can detect the sensitive changes of cardiac function in real time and can be used as the preferred method of heart function test in plateau area. In this paper, Doppler echocardiography stationed in the plateau officers and soldiers to check the left ventricular diastolic function to explore the stationed plateau on the officers and soldiers of left ventricular diastolic function
