2008年5月12日四川省汶川地区发生了8.0级特大地震,此次地震对四川省及邻近省市的公路工程造成了灾难性的破坏。什邡市是本次地震的重灾区之一,北京市承担了对什邡的对口支援,由北京市市政工程设计研究总院负责公路工程的设计工作。选取了广青公路恢复性建设的工程实例,通过对震后受损情况的调查分析评估、技术标准的选定、实施方案的论证等,阐述了震后公路恢复建设的主要工作思路和方法,并对其中的一些关键性技术问题,如技术指标的选用、路面结构加铺方案、地质灾害点治理等,提出了见解和方案,可为以后相关工程的设计和建设提供参考。
On May 12, 2008, a magnitude 8.0 earthquake hit Wenchuan, Sichuan Province. The quake caused devastating damage to the highway projects in Sichuan Province and neighboring provinces and cities. Shifang City is one of the hardest-hit areas of this earthquake. Beijing has assumed the support of Shifang and Beijing Municipal Engineering Design and Research Institute is responsible for the design of highway projects. After selecting the engineering examples of the restoration construction of Guangqing Highway, this paper elaborates the main work ideas and methods of the post-earthquake highway restoration construction through the investigation and evaluation of the damaged conditions after the earthquake, the selection of technical standards, the demonstration of the implementation plan, Some of the key technical issues, such as the selection of technical indicators, pavement structure pavement plan, geological disaster point management, put forward opinions and proposals, which can provide reference for the design and construction of related projects in the future.
